Our planning and implementation take cues from our substantial understanding of the local market; this allows us to provide brand marketing and go-to-market solutions that resonate with the uniquely high standards of Japanese consumers. The team of ES&C, led by our founder, André S. Komine, possess decades of proven experience working in the brand marketing and PR teams of international brands including A.P.C., Apple, Bose, Bang & Olufsen, Dyson, Nike, as well as Japanese publishers such as WIRED Japan magazine. Our proven skills driving branding and creative projects have led multiple innovative international brands to success here in Japan. Our multicultural team provides bilingual operations in Japanese and English.

ES&C is also anchored by an our digital partner company, MOPED Inc. As a result, we can provide myriad digital solutions and web production services for D2C business. We are experts in integrated digital media communications, which we build on a base of authentic PR and influencer communications.
